1. About this agreement
This End-User License Agreement governs authorized use of Horizon Management, the web and installed web application operated by Horizon Crane & Rigging (Horizon, we, us) at app.horizonrigging.com. The app supports our office, operators and invited business customers with customer records, quotes, dispatch, job records, inspections, reports, documents, communication and invoicing.
Please review these terms before signing in or submitting information. Use of the app is subject to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app and contact Horizon to arrange another way to exchange information. Anyone acting for a business must have authority to act for that business.
Crane rental, rigging services, equipment, pricing, payment obligations and jobsite responsibilities are governed by the applicable quote, service agreement and crane service terms. This software agreement does not change those agreements or create a crane-service order by itself.
2. Permission to use the app
Horizon grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the app for legitimate business with Horizon, subject to their assigned access. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app, branding or other materials belonging to Horizon or its licensors.
Office accounts, operator accounts and customer links provide different access. A customer link allows only the activity described in that invitation. Do not share account credentials or private links with unauthorized people, bypass access controls, disrupt the app, upload malicious files or access another person's records without permission.
3. Accounts and business records
Keep your account information accurate and protect your device and sign-in details. Contact Horizon promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or an incorrect assignment. Horizon may restrict or suspend access when an account is no longer authorized, these terms are violated, or action is needed to protect the service or its records.
Submit only information and files you are authorized to provide. Review customer details, hours, lunch deductions, rates, minimum charges, tax treatment, recipients and attachments before saving, issuing or sending a record. Request a correction when information is wrong. Corrections may retain the original entry, version, author and time as part of the business record.
An electronic signature or confirmation relates to the specific document and terms shown at the time. Do not sign for someone else without authority. App records and workflow controls do not replace required training, actual equipment inspections, safe operating procedures or a qualified person's assessment of jobsite conditions.
4. Your information and documents
You retain any ownership rights you have in information and documents you submit. You authorize Horizon and the providers needed to operate the app to store, process, copy and deliver that information for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including generating reports and sending documents to selected recipients.
The Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing, retention and requests concerning personal information. Removing a record from an operational list does not necessarily erase retained reports, emails, accounting records, audit history or backups.
5. QuickBooks and other connected services
An authorized company administrator must approve a QuickBooks Online connection before the app can access that company's accounting information. The integration is used to select customers and service items, create reviewed invoices and retrieve invoice details, PDFs and balances. QuickBooks assigns the accounting invoice number. Preparing a Horizon draft does not issue an accounting invoice, and creating an invoice does not by itself email it to a customer.
The current integration supports US QuickBooks companies and USD invoices. Make accounting edits and record payments in QuickBooks, then refresh the invoice in Horizon. QuickBooks subscriptions, charges, availability and its own terms are controlled by Intuit. The app does not collect card or bank payments through this integration.
Email delivery uses the company's configured sending account. Sending an email shares its contents and attachments with the chosen recipients and email providers. A provider accepting a message does not guarantee that the recipient reads it or receives it in their inbox. External navigation and calling links open services governed by their own terms.
6. Availability and important records
The app depends on internet access, hosting and connected services. It may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or connection failures. Wait for server confirmation before treating an action as saved. The installed web app is not a guarantee of offline operation. Keep copies of documents you need for immediate business or jobsite use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or limits obligations under a separate signed service agreement.
7. Changes, ending access and contact
We may update the app and these terms. Updated terms will identify their effective date. Material changes will be brought to affected users' attention, and additional agreement will be requested where required. Updated terms do not retroactively change a previously signed crane-service agreement.
You may stop using the app and ask Horizon to end your access. Ending access or disconnecting a service does not automatically erase business records already created. For access, support, questions about these terms or a copy of a document, contact info@horizonrigging.com.
